  • We have separate rooms for Multi-Party mediations.
  • Large Mediators room provided.
  • On site parking for Mediator.
  • Range of refreshments - we can provide a selection of refreshments.
  • Catering on site.
  • Full Secretarial services, photocopying, scanning and printing available.
  • Document typing - we can offer on-site typing services if you require.
  • Lunch - served in the comfort and privacy of your own room.
  • Dinner - served in the comfort and privacy of your own room.

Ormond Meeting Rooms is happy to assist in the ADR process by providing a list of our recommended Panel of Mediators on request.

» Arbitration Services

 

  • Range of layouts available to suit your requirements.
  • The names and contact details of both parties booking each room are provided.
  • Stenography (both real time and traditional)
  • Videography
  • Break out rooms available
  • On site parking for Arbitrator
  • Refreshments - we can provide a selection of refreshments.
  • Lunch - served in the comfort and privacy of your own room.
  • Dinner - served in the comfort and privacy of your own room.
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing - we can do all this for you or your administration staff, and can receive mail for you and print and deliver to you in your meeting room in confidence.
  • Document typing - we can offer on-site typing services if you require.

» Seminars

 

Our largest room can seat up to 70 persons. We also have alternative rooms and layouts for smaller meetings. Full on site or off site catering can be provided.

» Video Conferencing

 

Our dedicated state of the art Video Conference suite is ideal for Video Conference calls. We request the details of the party you wish to call, we do a test call before your meeting, and on the meeting day we initiate the call on your behalf. Rates of call are standard Eircom rates with IP calls provided at no charge.

» Audio Conferencing

 

Each room has an Audio Conferencing facility enabling clients to make conference calls during a meeting. A maximum of 8 parties can join in on a conference call.

» Catering Services

 

Each room has tea/coffee and full catering facilities available throughout the day and night.

Throughout your meeting, Ormond Meeting Rooms can offer high quality catering options served to you in the comfort of your meeting room, these include:
